A peer space for community members navigating caregiving, providing direct support and or assistance to loved ones and family members.

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Connected Communities Recovery Program, a new initiative created in partnership with the Black Girl Health Collective (BGHC) and Black Mothers in Power (BMIP).
This program is specifically designed to support Black and Brown women and teens (ages 14+) individuals across Delaware navigating Substance and Opioid use.
💛 Here’s what it looks like:
Community Care & Resource Navigators that are trained to deliver inclusive, unbiased support grounded in Black experiences.
Assisting individuals in navigating healthcare and social support systems.
Identifying barriers to care and helping to develop solutions to overcome them.

BLACK GIRL HEALTH CON is a national conference presented by the Black Girl Health Collective, a 501(c)(3) designated non-profit that seeks to create healthy informed communities by curating spaces to educate and promote autonomy in care.
